Yes, we will publish globally. Our New Haven office handles North America, =
and we have a London office that handles distribution for the UK and global=
market. Our official publication date is August 28th. London always stagge=
rs theirs by a month or two (in part to allow books to arrive in their ware=
house). The listed publication date is the middle of October, but I would s=
uspect they will have books before that date.
