Peter,
A search for Spectrogram on the iOS App Store turns up five or six apps for=
iPhone. Unfortunately, it doesn't look as if any of them offer editing fun=
ctionality. Conversely, a search for audio editor turns up a few programs, =
but it doesn't look as if any of them do spectrograms.
I didn't check the iPad App Store to see if there are different apps for th=
e iPad. GarageBand is a worthy editor, but again, no spectrograms.
