More help with bird ID

Subject: More help with bird ID

Can anyone offer ideas as to what this chippy bird might be? The nearest
we've come so far is House Sparrow, but the chipping seems too fast, and
we've very, very rarely seen them here (Dutchess County, New York).
Recorded 5AM today.
