Hi Martin...it sounds like you have the CS-10EM. Because they combine the
microphones/earbuds, you need to first adjust the input gain appropriately,
then carefully adjust the output volume so that you don't create feedback
(you'll find that you'll get a phasey sound through the earphones, but the
recordings will sound fine). Alternatively, you can just disconnect the
earphone jack (black plug). It seems a bit strange that you're already
getting feedback with the volume set to 0, however - does this happen with
all recording material ?
