I'm guessing a lot of members have just received a notification from
Yahoo about impending changes to their European operations. I suggest
very strongly that all of you read the Privacy Policy that is linked in
their email. It makes a farce of the term Privacy Policy, as it appears
to give no privacy whatsoever. As a consequence of my reading of this, I
am closing my Yahoo account. It means that I will no longer be a part of
this group, or several other Yahoo groups of which I am a member.
I do this with a heavy heart, as I consider many of the group members as
friends. I would suggest also, that we all become more aggressive in our
stand against the likes of Yahoo and Google, who appear to want to take
over the world, and all our personal information with it!
Goodbye all, and thanks to all of you who have helped me over the years.
Max
