Gianni,

Greg Simmons has recorded in both Tibet and Nepal.

Aaron Ximm has done some work in Nepal - an Annapurna trek in particular,
as I recall.

I learned about both here on the list, as they are (former?) members -
maybe check the archives, and reach out to them via email.
