Hi Gianni,
              That sounds quite a disappointment considering the brand is w=
ell known for quality in the past. Can I make any tests with the Korg MR2, =
Sony D50 or Olympus LS12 to to help? - low noise pre's Ive only found in th=
e D50, next is the MR2 but for long battery life and as a general recorder =
the LS12 is what I use testing mics in the lab. LS12 also has a 44.1 Khz us=
b audio interface which is handy.
