The 16 March 2013 was a bright day in Reykjavik with some gentle wind which played with my ears. Two of our grandsons, 8 and 4 years old, went with us to the lake to feed the birds which seemd quite hungry. The children didn't like how aggressive the swans were. When the bread was finished we went to a plaing-ground nearby. Outside an old and irritated dog was barking. Bright winterdays in Reykjavik are usually market with the traffic of small aeroplanes. As I was mainly facing south-east it is quite audible where the planes were coming from or heading to. Binaural mics from Sounds Professionals were used together with a Nagra Ares BB+ If good headsets are used the sound is really omnidirectional. http://www.hljod.blog.is/users/df/hljod/files/hljo_mynd_fra_tjarnargotu.mp3 |
