Hi there I am new to this group so sorry if the question has been asked bef= ore. I've just got a Telinga dish for spot recording and want to know what = what is the best polar pattern to use on it ? Are people using omni or card= ioid patterns ? I am looking at getting a stereo pair of senheiser 8040 int= o a rycote XY / ORTF mount and was wondering if the 8020 would be the most = suitable for the dish ? Do you normally face the mic towards the dish ? I'm= a bit confused of the mounting on this one. Let me know your experiences thanks. Daniel |
