Hi everyone,
Here's a link to a recording I made this afternoon of a Grey Butcherbird in=
 my backyard using vocal mimicry.
It was a spur-of-the-moment recording so I used what I could set-up quickly=
(before he flew away)- a Sennheiser MKH 416 and a Sound Devices 702- it wa=
s quite windy so I just lay on the ground in front of the camera and got as=
close as possible- he (or she, but I think he) sat in the fence for about =
ten minutes and kindly ignored me.

Kind Regards,
Tony Innes
