Oops double checking I noticed the Shoeps plugins don't support Audio Units=
, but they do VST & RTAS for both Mac & PC. They have a new beta version wh=
ich is actually the one that impressed me with what you can do with it and =
how incredibly flexible it is. http://www.schoeps.de/en/products/categories=
/dms-tool
You can adjust width direction and even the perceived microphone polarity p=
atterns. Hard to explain you just need to try it.

For the record I don't own any Shoeps mics yet but it worked on a recordin=
g from some studio mics I had set up at home in double MS. A Blue KIWI and =
a pair of Blue Dragonflys. They are some of the quietest mics I have but pr=
etty far from ideal for portability in the field. I now have a home made do=
uble mid side surround rig put together from some Joly modded MK012s & Okta=
va's Figure of Eight adapter. I also use the MK102 capsule in the front for=
a more imaging. From what I can tell it has a wider cardioid pattern and s=
moother more even rejection off the sides and rear than the MK012 capsule. =
I have yet to try this with the Shoeps plugin just too busy working on a sh=
ow right now. Pretty sure the Shoeps plugin will work with any double MS mi=
c setup though. I'd love to have one of their rigs or a doubleMS MKH40/30.

Cheers
