Dear all.

As some of you might know the natural circumstances for some seabirds have
been disasterous in the North-Atlantic ocean for some years. The Arctic Ten
is one of those speeces suffering from the global changes.

In big parts of Iceland hardly any Tern-chicks have been seen since 2004.
Therefor I and my wife were delighted when we saw some chicks of among the
Terns this evening.

Please feel free to enjoy the recording at

As Olympus and other pocket-recorders have been discussed on this list
recently I would like t draw your attention to the LS-11. In this recording
I covered the mics with a dead chicken from R=F8de and used the low-cut fil=
ter
due to the wind.

Best wishes,

Arnthor Helgason
