As previously suggested by Vicki Powys, I ran a test for six digital record=
ers as shown in the title, by connecting a DIY Plug In Power microphone whi=
ch is composed of two Primo EM172 omni capsules on the RIGHT channel and tw=
o Primo EM171 cardioid capsules on the LEFT channel.
To match levels, in post processing I applied: -2db on the D50, M10 as reco=
rded, +4db on the R05, LS5 as recorded, +2db on the LS7, +3db on the Zoom H=

Low Cut Filter OFF; 44,1 KHz - 16 bit for all the recorders.
Sony D50: Mic Sense HI - Rec Level 6 (1-10)
Sony M10: Mic Sense HI - Rec Level 4 (1-10)
Roland R05: Mic Sense HI - Rec Level 55 (1-80)
Olympus LS5: Mic Sense LOW - Rec Level 10 (1-10)
Olympus LS7: Mic Sense MID - Rec Level 8 (1-16)
Zoom H1: without Mic Sense - Rec Level 84 (1-100)
