I noticed =E2=80=93 correct me
if I=E2=80=99m wrong =E2=80=93 that you have been setting the final sound l=
evels quite higher than
in some of your recordings from not so long ago, which sounded more under b=
roadcast
standards than music. If that=E2=80=99s correct, does it have to do with an=
y specific reason
or was it unplanned?

 slate-coloured boubou doves are a delight to listen to. Kenya has long bee=
n a destination to see the animals of Africa but for a recordist, It is a d=
ream to just sit back with headphones and take in the magic.
