Juan Pablo and Chris,
I believe the song that resembles a bouncing ball pattern is from a Rufous-=
capped Antshrike (Thamnophilus ruficapillus).

The recording sounds great.

I love recording. I cannot say in words what fantastic is for me record the=
 nature.
More recordings are come out to the site.

Regarding the sass or jeklin, i did not reached yet to a conclusion. My dad=
is constructing an other SASS smaller than the current.
I wish make some recording with the new in the next weeks.

Best,
Juan Pablo.

Thank you Juan. I have now had a listen through your landscapes. Whilst I f=
ind it hard to make direct comparisons, I get the impression that the Jeckl=
in disc may give better left-right separation, but I definitely like the "s=
pacious" feeling of your SASS set-up. But either way it is a pleasure to li=
sten to your work.

I know very little about birds in your region but the persistent "bouncing =
ball" song in the middle of "Dawn chorus - Itatiaia National Park" was that=
a Trogon of some sort ? I know this family from Asia and love their soft s=
ongs which still seem able to carry a long way.

Thanks !

Chris
