Hi Peter, Here is another resource that may be worth exploring. http://pumilio.sourceforge.net/ I don't know anything about it other than it seems to be what was used to make playable sonograms such as this: http://1159sequoia05.fnr.purdue.edu/bioscience/soundfile1.html You may recall,in the soundscape ecology paper Bernie announced to us a while back, the associated URL links to his sound recordings were in this format.
