   Im using the correct file - thats a good start :)

The process I used was similar. Using the frequency selector which can track 
frequencies within a tolerance range for a given period of time, so you can 
follow tones or insects in this case.

The pro version, although the trial should work with the same recording at 16Khz
and mono.
