Indeed. The only difference I can see from the spec sheet is that the LS-3 adds a centre omni mic to the two cardioids already in place on the LS-7. I have no idea why this justified an entirely new model, but Olympus have always adopted a policy of maximising the size of their product catalogue. -- Robin Parmar |
