I had phantom power problems on an SD722 which
were from a broken XLR input socket.  It's been
fine since it's trip back to the factory.

I lusted for a set of 8020s, but never did spring
when the prices (exchange rate) and my cash supply
were in congruence.  This was when my Earthworks SROs
were getting noisy (random pops).  I've been happy
with the AT3032s that I got to replace the SROs.
