I was working on a documentary last year called the "Bear Family and Me" http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00x9zjk The young cub filmed being born in a den and a star of the show was killed= by a hunter at a bait station on the 16th of this month. This is a short video of her last days, My wife managed to collar her but s= he (Hope the bear) managed to take it off. Hope was an amazing bear and one that taught us so much about her species. My heart breaks for the loss but also the senseless waste. Baiting an anima= l and waiting in a tree to shoot it is cruel in anyones book. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3DFEf26c2gYwc&feature=3Dautoshare Martyn ------------------------------------------------ Martyn Stewart www.naturesound.org www.soundofcritters.com 425-898-0462 ------------------------------------------------- Make every garden a wildlife habitat |
