Hi David,
I'm not sure if this is the answer but this is how it seems to work for my =
own tracks.
While logged into my Soundcloud page, I click on the little pencil (edit th=
is track) icon which is just to the left of the trashcan icon on the bar ab=
ove the track waveform.
Then on the Edit page, beneath "Settings," "Public" must be selected to all=
ow everyone to play it.
I also found I could bulk change that setting for all tracks included in a =
single "set."
