I was out last night trying to record some beavers with their tail slap ac=
tions, A peaceful place out in the woods with ponds and marshes then all of=
a sudden, Bang goes the sound of a gun, Bang went another shot. The sound =
resonated through the air and then Bang came this Almighty explosion. All t=
he time i'm monitoring this through my headphones. A red winged blackbird s=
ent out its alarm call and all went deadly quiet. This is a section of that=
 1 hour recording.
