Here is a recording of a tawny owl. It was cold (-10=B0C) and i had to edit out all the sounds from my car engi= ne and i also tried to hold my breath... The owl was close so I put the microphone on the roof of the car so I would= n't scare it. Not the optional situation but I had just scared another owl = in another location when trying to walk away from the car with my microphon= e. It turned out ok i think. I thought it was ruined because of all the car, c= loth and breathing sounds. Do you think it's ok? http://soundcloud.com/nordicnature/tawny-owl Recorder: Tascam dr-680 Microphone: Audio Technica BP4025 |
