Hi everyone, just wanted to give a quick update on the vimeo channel. I hav=
e
changed it into a group (like this one) which gives much more freedom to sh=
are
information. It is a closed group so you have to 'apply' to join (like this=
 one)

but messages/videos/files etc are accessed by members of the group only. If=
 your

not a member then you cant see the group publicly (we could change this). =
=A0There

are tabs at the home page to share, videos, files (mp3 etc), forums and a h=
ome
page with recent activity.

I have searched through vimeo to find some good stuff to start us off and a=
lso
uploaded an mp3 file and a video. The url for the videos is here

http://www.vimeo.com/groups/naturerecordists/videos

from there you can go to the home page/forums/files etc.

here is an example of what can be done on vimeo, its one of the best 'coast=
line'

recordings i have heard/seen, really amazing, using MKH70, SankenCSS5 and M=
KH816

by Tim Prebble.

Again if anyone else wants to be a moderator, just drop me aline! Hope some=
 of
you join...

thanks all

Mark
