Hi Mitch,
Basically moving up to 2GB of storage costs ~$160/year. I guess that's not
too bad overall, and these guys have been amazing to work with in the past,
it just seems too costly given the cost of physical disks now.
I've used Amazon s3 for a while now for backups, will look at integrating
that into my blog somehow for now. Hard to beat the price $0.150 per GB...
With my full backups up there, my bill from Amazon was $3.12 last month.
I do like 4shared's concept! I can see where that would be handy for regula=

file sharing too.
A buddy offered today (after I explained the disk space issue with my web
host) the use of an older server of theirs in his office as file space. No
charge. I'll look into that as well. I guess I could just have that as a
dedicated ftp site as well. Free is good right? :)
