Hi James,
I was at a fabric store the other day looking for wind screen materials and=
noticed some bright red furry fabric and had to wonder how that might work=
for recording humming birds.

by the kitchen windows. Finally one taker 16+ minutes later. I've heard =
the buzz of the wings before, but not the squawk.

the MM-1) and the limiter went into some funky loop mode. Next attempt no =
limiter, less gain. I took video, but haven't edited it yet. As in swappe=
d recorded outside audio for inside camcorder audio. Plus I'm gonna try to=
get a better take. I was hoping for another bird to attack the other feed=
er for the full stereo effect of two mics, but that didn't happen this time=
. Plus the one channel without usable results.

er noise. Lots of other birds in the neighborhood with the structure above=
the pond, and various feeders and houses. Don't know the species, but tha=
t's what the camcorder is for. Kind of green in color for the hummingbird.
