1. Experiments with Primo EM172 capsules

I've been following the conversation about plug-in power mics and I got mys=
elf some Primo EM172 capsules. They sound great (very similar to the Teling=
a EM23 pair) I outlined my quest for low-noise PIP mics here:

Eventually I'll try a parallel rig, add some comparison clips, etc. For now=
 I'm off to Grand Manan in the bay of fundy for a week!
