Reason being, it was recorded along a wooded strip in a residential area about 1 mile inland from the shore... My brother and I have both been researching this sound and as close as we can come by matching sounds with those on line is that its an Eastern Gray= Tree Frog however that's more guess than anything. We have a lot of Cardinals nesting in this area and I seem to hear this sound in the afternoon when the cardinals are whistling. I'm wondering if its possible its some adult/juvenile communication call they make, but again that is only because I seem to hear it only when the adult cardinals= are active. -- Thanks, Mitch & Shadow... http://www.4shared.com/dir/UTASxktL/wildlife.html Shadow's area: http://www.4shared.com/dir/ecfWjyZb/Shadow.html |
