Kevin,
I managed to find and record a Blue-grey Gnatcatcher yesterday, and have
attached a snippet of the recording here. You will undoubtedly need to
increase the volume of this snippet, but if the resulting sound is of
interest to you, please let me know and I will return to the same spot
in an effort to get something better. I can also send the full
recording, which is around 50 seconds, and from which you will have to
extract the gnatcatcher sounds from amongst those of a particularly
vocal Eastern Wood Peewee, a chipmunk, and an approaching aircraft :-(
