I manage a few birding related mailing lists which are mirrored by more than one website. Fortunately the subscribers that run those sites are savvy enough to obfuscate the email addresses of posters so that the spammers don't harvest them. Unfortunately, there isn't a way to stop anyone from doing exactly what you've discovered. So I just choose to live with it and keep my spam filters up-to-date :-). |
