On the FR2-LE, if you plug in headphones to monitor while recording,
the RCA analog line outputs are deactivated. It's an either-or
proposition. If no headphones are inserted, then the RCAs output audio
during record standby and record.

Another quirk of the FR2LE: the quarter inch line inputs that are part
of the Combo input jacks are wired unbalanced and at -10 dBu
sensitivity, so electrically they're more like what you would expect
from an RCA jack line input rather than a balanced +4 dBm line input.
