Hi Bill A couple of recordists I worked with in Brasil use the DPA 4060 to great af= fect. It looks like the self noise on the mics is not as low as others, but= they swear by them. You might also consider something by Mike Rooke at pipmics.com - not sure i= f they are compatible with the zaxcom, but the recordings I have heard from= them are very nice and he can build you something to spec.
