Could this "interview" be less about noise and more about intolerance
for those who don't accept noise as a mandatory and democratic?  Some
comments describe the author's appreciation of silence as
"totalitarian. There are effective solutions the "pro-silence" author
could have been better informed of. Lost opportunities there.  Rob D.
