What i did and should not have done was take a screen shot of an
uncompressed wave file and not an .mp3 like i did. The markings at 7k
are a watermark that i make for all recordings, i should have made a
screenshot of the wav file and things would have looked fine. I do
however hear higher frequencies on my studio monitors.
