The L-4E5C looks better than MR202-AT. Mike thanks for the yahoo group
link, the diagrams are too small to make out though.
I came across this site, which allows one to custom pre-fab cable
orders. I might just have them make the cable, since all my electrical
equipment is currently in storage.
