greetings from Mexico City

i think the best option to find some Digital Recorders in Mexico City
is the Bolivar Street right at Historical Downtown,

is a classic street famous because there is only instruments, and
musical equipment, etc, just go to Bolivar Street between Republica
del Salvador Street and Mesones, and in Mesones there are like 2
stores that can sell some Zoom or M Audio perhaps, and in Bolivar too,
everything is very close so you can go directly and ask in some stores
for Digital Recorders and they will tell you the right store,

in the corner of bolivar and mesones there is an instruments store
where they sell M-AUDIO but perhaps they can indicate where to buy
some Zoom or another options,

i hope this can help you

all my best wishes
