Hi Phil,

I live in Germany and have ordered several items from B&H Photo-Video  with=
out any problems.

This time I purchased my SONY PCM-M10 from a small shop in the US via ebay.=
 I paid 315 USD including shipping via USPS. Even if I additionally paid th=
e German VAT and a small amount of customs duties, the final price of 255 E=
uros was still significantly lower than the price I had to pay at Thomann. =
However, it was a pain to pick up the USPS parcel at the customs office her=
e in Berlin. It's a long journey to the customs office and the clerks worki=
ng there are working quite slowly...

Another (minor) issue is that the AC adapter that came with unit has only a=
 US plug. Though, the AC adapter is actually not that important for this un=
it.
