I know what you are saying, Rob. Let's not praise these manufacturers too m=
uch when there is so much more work to be done!

But on the flip side I think we should praise those that get things right a=
nd not expect too much for a couple hundred bucks. Otherwise where's the ca=
rrot?

If I want a better recording than what I get with my LS-10 I can take out m=
y Fostex, a pair of AT3022 omnis, a mic stand, bar, cables etc. And it cost=
 more than a little more.

But gets me noticed in pubs. ;-)
