Off the top of my head:

SPDIF optical signal, 3.5mm jack
any Sony minidisc machine
Sony PCM-D50
Sony PCM-D1

SPDIF electrical signal, RCA jack:
M-Audio Microtrack II
Marantz PMD-661
Marantz PMD-671
Tascam HD-P2
Fostex FR-2

digital signal, XLR connector
Sound Devices 7xx series
Nagra LB

Any field recorder that costs more than $3000 has
digital input, too.

Did I miss any?

the new Sony PCM-M10 may or may not have digital input.
