I found the use of  a mic for each choir member a little disturbing.

I have miced a choir of similar size doing a similar thing with a  
Blumlein pair of ribbons (Royer SF12) to better sonic effect, I  
think, and with vastly more efficient use of resources. The soloists  
and rap singers would need their own mics, of course.
