I just rename the file,

ie: devonportrain12-04-09T2+10

To me it means:

file name: devonport rain
date:12-04-09
take:2
fx:+10dB (only if I write a new file with a software gain change in my DAW =
editor, the master file I bounce to disk won't have this info on it)

Regards,
Grant.
