Sorry I don't know the animal, but what is the overwhelming bass rumble? Here is a test case for filtering human artifactual interference! 32 Hz, 30 dB louder bass rumble than ambience... Probably better on computer speakers than on studio monitors. Diesel locomotive engine idling? ... rattles my bones.
