I've just taken delivery of the Adobe CS4 Web Premium. One of the included titles is Soundbooth CS4 (which is in effect Version 2) There was some discussion a short while ago about individual channel editing, and it was the consensus that Soundbooth wouldn't do this. Well, I'm pleased to say it will. You can now load a stereo file into Soundbooth and from that create a new 'Multitrack File From Channels' You find this under 'File - New - Multitrack File From Channels' I tried it on a file called 'GoolwaFlags.mp3 It then creates a file called 'Untitled Multitrack 1'. Underneath this are 'GoolwaFlags_L' & GoolwaFlags_R' both channels are now interdependently editable. Also, if anyone is interested, I have my Soundbooth CS3 available. Any offers welcome. Regards John |
