A world sound pollution map overlay for google earth would be very welcome in this regard, mind you I would hope thats not a magnet for an invasion of sound recordists. I remember Ramsey Island to be a quiet place, if the sea & wild life is taken as natural background radiation that is :) Ramsey Island in Near Infra-Red http://ohidunno.com/gal/pictures/img_3791p.jpg BR, Mike Current plagued with construction site noise, barking dogs, and traffic lights that beep. |
