Hi Martyn,
I use DeWitt Stern (http://tinyurl.com/596e2r).  Though I think their
name changed to Longtail Insurance Services last year.  I'm in the
midst of moving and don't have my agent's name and number handy.
You'll have to call their Glendale office.
