Recording of Spotted Grass Frog in the Laratinga Wetlands at Mt
Barker, South Australia. 35=B0 04.146'S 138=B0 52.870'E

Recorded at about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday 17th September 2008. Sunny &
fine with a slight breeze. Temp is approx. 20 degrees C

I should point out that the area that these were recorded in is
very suburban/rural living and very close to the town of Mt Barker.

The recording is part of the 'Frog Survey' which occurs every
September in conjunction with our Enviromental Protection Authority
(hence the noisy location)

There is a road about 40 metres behind the microphones and at this
time of the day there is a constant passing of cars & trucks. About
Message: 1.
Subject: 5 km further back is the South Eastern Freeway.

The recording is a 'quiet' section of a much longer one.

There are also are a large amount of birds in the recording.

There is a Google Earth KML file for those interested in the files
section in the folder of 'John Tudor'

Recorded using a pair of AT3032's in a Head Spaced Parallel Boundary
Barrier thingy a-la Curt's rig. Straight into a Sound Devices 702 CF
recorder.
