Hi Gianni, To my knowledge, there is no really small 192k field recorder available. The smallest 192k models are the SD 7-series recorders, the KORG MR-1000 and the TASCAM HD-P2. If you are specifically interested in recording ultrasounds, then you might also consider a small Netbook computer (for instance the Asus Eee PC 901) or an even more compact Ultra Mobile PC (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sony_Vaio_UX_Micro_PC) in combination with a bus-powered USB data acquisition device such as the UltraSoundGate 116Hm (http://www.avisoft.com/usg/usg116hm.htm).
