I got mine from Network Entertainment Technology (NET) in December
Message: 2003.
Subject: Might be the same company. I believe they are the official
Australian importer for Mogami. I got mine from the NSW office (in
the suburb of Brookvale), but I remember that they had to request it
from Victoria, so perhaps that's where their head office and/or
warehouse is?

The contact details on my 2003 receipt are:

Network Entertainment Technology Pty Ltd
PO Box W162, Warringah Mall NSW 2100
Unit 2, 98 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale NSW 2100
Phone: +61 2 9905 5997
Fax: +61 2 9905 9440

No email or URL on the receipt.

RRP at the time was $6.50/m...

I think it has been mentioned here before, but I'll mention it again.
You can make a two channel microphone cable using a single length of
Star Quad cable; one pair of inner conductors per channel.

I am uncomfortable with that idea because I like to keep the two
channels shielded from each other for maximum stereo separation.
Theoretically it would be possible for the signal from one channel to
induce a proportional current into the other channel, thereby
affecting the stereo separation and imaging. But that's the theory.
In practice, the Royer SF12 stereo ribbon microphone came with such a
cable and had no problems creating a wonderful stereo image. At
microphone levels, the magnetic fields created around one conductor
are probably too small to cross the distance created by two layers of
insulation and induce anything significant into a parrallel running
conductor.

Might be worth considering... or testing.
