Synchronize breeding - female birds tend to lay one egg each day

Subject: Synchronize breeding - female birds tend to lay one egg each day
and it occurs in the morning.  The female is then ready for  
fertilization.  The singing male synchronizes his mate's ovulation  
and by so singing he lays claim to fathering tomorrow's chick.  He  
needs to be there on the spot at this critical mating time.  Dawn is  
the time for romance for daylight birds.
