hello all, we've just opened xeno-canto Asia: www.xeno-canto.org/asia. Check it out. It's been quite a project to start up, getting a number of partners involved, Naturalis again, but also the University of Leeds and their future project at www.asianbirdsounds.com, and the van Tienhoven foundation= . Quite a few active recordists will be or already are contributing. Some large collections for south-east Asia will start appearing later this year. Functionality is a bit restricted compared with the site for the Americas at this moment. You are all invited to share recordings and/or your expertise on the forum or in the mystery section!
